To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a premium toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to make this process seamless.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bikes that have been ridden on the road are subject to a restocking fee.
Do n+ bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all n+ frames are backed by a 5-year limited warranty against structural defects, while original components are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
