At n+ Bikes, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your cycling journey, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
